07.03hrs The teams Rescue Controllers received a request for assistance with an ongoing search in the Pickering area. We were tasked to support the search for a a high risk missing from home male. With support from 5 additional mountain rescue teams, Mountain Rescue Search dogs and the Police Air Support unit a large area of farmland around the Pickering was searched. Nothing was found. However the gentleman was found alive and well 2 days later 2km outside of our search area.
