The team were contacted by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service control room and asked to assist with the rescue of a female, who had fallen down a steep bank while out spectating a local event. The Air Ambulance had also been dispatched to this incident. First team members on scene were able to identify the exact location of the casualty, and an alternate RV was established. It soon became clear that a technical rescue solution was required to recovery the casualty up the steep ground to the waiting ambulance.
