The team were contacted by the North Yorkshire Police and asked to rescue a female walker at the top end of Coverdale.
The casualty was walking with her family when she injured her ankle on a rocky area by the stream. Treated by team medics before being carried up to a farmer’s 6×6 vehicle who then transported her to the road to wait for the YAS ambulance
