The team were contacted by the Yorkshire Ambulance Control room and asked to assist with the rescue of a male walker who had sustained a lower leg injury close to the nature reserve on the Catterick Training area. The team were stood down while on route as the walker was able to make his way to the ambulance crew on the roadside.
