The team were contacted by the North Yorkshire Police Control room and asked to assist with a search for a person missing from home in Preston Under Scar. The team deployed that evening to conduct hasty searches of all local tracks and paths, while Police air assets assisted above. The search was suspended just after midnight with the team then deploying with additional assets in the morning. As the team assembled ready to deploy on the Saturday morning the misper returned safe and well.
