The team were contacted by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service control room and asked to assist with the recovery of a walker who had sustained a lower leg injury while out for a stroll. Police and asked to support an ongoing search for a missing person in the Aysgarth area. Local team members were quickly on scene and located and treated the casualty. The casualty was then transported a short distance and transferred to a road ambulance.
