The team were contacted by the Yorkshire Ambulance control room and asked to assist with the rescue of a walker who had fallen and sustained a lower leg injury. The walker was located on the high path between Muker and Keld. The casualty was treated by team cascarers and evacuated on stretcher to a team vehicle before transfer to a waiting road ambulance in the village below.
