The team were contacted by North Yorkshire Police Control Room and asked to assist with a search for a missing 77 year old gentleman in the Askrigg area. The team deployed small search teams in support of the Police and local community in the search. Nothing was initially found to the team stood down and returned the following morning. The Coast Guard helicopter also deployed at first light.
