The team were contacted by Yorkshire Ambulance Service and asked to assist with the rescue and treatment of a 50YOM in Cardiac Arrest. The gentleman had been off roading on his motor bike when he went into cardiac arrest. The team were running a rope rescue operators’ course close to the scene and were alerted by the arrival of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, who then requested the team. Once on scene the team doctor and team members supported the ambulance and air ambulance crew with treatment. Unfortunately, he was pronounced deceased at scene, our thoughts and prayers go out to the riders family and friends at this very sad time.
