While the team were responding to a Search request from the Police, we also received a request from Yorkshire Ambulance Service Control Room for assistance with the rescue of a Paraglider who had sustained a lower leg injury. As the team arrived on scene they contacted the Yorkshire Air Ambulance who were already on scene. As the remainder of the team arrived, the casualty was transported into the Air Ambulance and flown to hospital.
